All Operation Overbuilt merch is made to order and fulfilled by carefully selected third‑party production partners. Because of this, our refund and returns process differs from standard retail.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase only.

After this time, production will have started and we are unable to stop or modify the order.

Returns & Exchanges

As all items are custom-made on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selection
  • Change of mind
  • Ordering the wrong item

Please review sizing charts and product details carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives with a problem, we’ll make it right.

You are eligible for a replacement or refund if your order:

  • Arrives damaged
  • Has a manufacturing defect
  • Is incorrect (wrong item or design)

How to report an issue

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos showing the issue
  • A brief description

If your claim is approved, we will:

  • Send a replacement at no extra cost, or
  • Issue a full refund to your original payment method

Production & Print Variations

Because items are produced by third‑party suppliers:

  • Slight variations in colour, print placement, and finish may occur
  • Colours may differ slightly from what you see on screen

These are normal and are not considered defects.

Shipping & Delivery Issues

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to couriers or customs
  • We are not responsible for carrier delays once the item has shipped

If your order is:

  • Marked delivered but not received → please contact the courier first
  • Lost in transit → contact us and we will investigate with the supplier
  • Returned due to incorrect address → reshipping costs may apply

While we rely on trusted suppliers, delays or issues can occasionally occur. If they do — we will step in and resolve them as quickly as possible.
