Shipping Policy – Operation Overbuilt Merch

All Operation Overbuilt merchandise is made to order and fulfilled by trusted third‑party production partners. This means production and shipping times differ from traditional retail. 

 

Processing & Production Time

Every item is produced after your order is placed.

  • Production time: 2–7 business days
  • Orders are not shipped until production is complete

During high‑demand periods, production may take slightly longer. 

 

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times begin after production is complete: 

  • UK: 3–7 business days
  • Europe: 5–10 business days
  • International: 7–15 business days

These are estimates, not guarantees. 

 

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on: 

  • Destination
  • Product type
  • Supplier rates

Any applicable import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer. 

 

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive: 

  • A shipping confirmation email
  • A tracking number (where available)

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear. 

 

Multiple Shipments

Because products may be fulfilled by different partners: 

  • Items in the same order may arrive separately
  • Each shipment will have its own tracking details

Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by: 

  • Courier services
  • Customs processing
  • Incorrect shipping information provided at checkout

That said — if something looks stuck, we’ll help you chase it. 

 

Lost or Missing Packages

If your order is: 

  • Marked as delivered but not received → contact your courier first
  • Still unresolved → contact us and we’ll investigate

If a package is confirmed lost in transit, we will: 

  • Offer a replacement or refund, depending on the situation

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. 

If an order is: 

  • Returned due to an incorrect address
  • Undeliverable

You may be required to pay reshipping costs. 

 

Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged: 

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Include photos of the packaging and item

We will arrange a replacement or refund.
